Furnish structural steel and miscellaneous steel for a three building barracks complex at Ft. Jackson, SC; delivered on schedule and within budget.  In order to maintain an aggressive schedule, SteelFab coordinated fabrication, delivery, and erection to support the construction of two buildings simultaneously.  Planning for multiple sequences for each building and turning over smaller areas to GC allowed follow-on trades to begin their work sooner and ultimately allowed GC to make up the lost schedule due to unforeseen site problems.
