Project Pearl is a 2.8 million square foot, five-story distribution center on 84 acres in Rockford, TN for Amazon. This distribution facility consists of 631,000 sf of roof area, 242,000 sf of Process Mezzanine area, and 1,964,000 sf of multi-level mezzanine and will use a CoreBrace buckling restrained bracing system. This facility is estimated to bring 800 jobs and $200 million of investments to the Knoxville, TN region and will use state-of-the-art robotics technology to process orders.
