Job Summary
The Project Manager Assistant works alongside SteelFab’s Project Managers and the Project Management Assistant team. This is a full-time hourly position. You will build on your experiences and skills by taking on several relevant tasks, including:
Essential Job Functions
- Set up Jobs Sage 300
- Create Commitments in Sage 300 and send to Vendor via Docusign
- Create and distribute Commitment Change Orders in Sage PC
- Ensure all Contracts are signed appropriately
- Order COI/Bond (if applicable) for projects
- Verify General Contractor Change orders
- Acquire invoices in Timberscan
- Code Invoices
- Confirm amounts owed on Invoices
- Create RFIs as needed in Sage PC
- Create Change Requests as needed
- Create Shop Orders as needed and distribute to appropriate shop
- Notarize as needed
- Warranties
- Billing Worksheets for Project Managers
- Monthly Billings
Qualifications and Requirements
Required: Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent, communication skills, problem solving, proactive personality, organizational skills
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), DocuSign, Sage Accounting Software
