Job Summary

The Project Manager Assistant works alongside SteelFab’s Project Managers and the Project Management Assistant team. This is a full-time hourly position. You will build on your experiences and skills by taking on several relevant tasks, including:

Essential Job Functions

  1. Set up Jobs Sage 300
  2. Create Commitments in Sage 300 and send to Vendor via Docusign
  3. Create and distribute Commitment Change Orders in Sage PC
  4. Ensure all Contracts are signed appropriately
  5. Order COI/Bond (if applicable) for projects
  6. Verify General Contractor Change orders
  7. Acquire invoices in Timberscan
  8. Code Invoices
  9. Confirm amounts owed on Invoices
  10. Create RFIs as needed in Sage PC
  11. Create Change Requests as needed
  12. Create Shop Orders as needed and distribute to appropriate shop
  13. Notarize as needed
  14. Warranties
  15. Billing Worksheets for Project Managers
  16. Monthly Billings

Qualifications and Requirements

Required:  Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent, communication skills, problem solving, proactive personality, organizational skills

Computer skills:  Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), DocuSign, Sage Accounting Software
